Service Includes:

• Removal of the current split system units, evaporator + cooling unit.
• Assembly and installation of the new evaporator.
• Connection to the existing refrigeration piping (theoretically in good condition, sealed, and of compliant length and dimensions (1/4’’- 3/8’’)).
• Project follow-up
• IMPORTANT: If the piping does not meet these conditions, the replacement of the insulated copper tubing will be billed additionally.

Work Included in the Offer:

• Project follow-up
• Site setup and recovery of the refrigerant from the Airklima wall-mounted split system, including removal and disposal of units and refrigerant at a waste treatment facility.
• Regulatory nitrogen pressure testing of the retained 1/4 – 3/8 refrigeration piping, provided the leak test and length are compliant.
• Installation of the Friax outdoor unit as a replacement for the current unit, with adaptation of the existing piping.
• Installation of the Friax indoor unit in the designated cabinet location, with adaptation of the existing piping.
• Regulatory nitrogen pressure testing, vacuuming, and leak testing. Any additional gas charge will be at the manufacturer's expense if required.
• Configuration, commissioning, and operational testing of the Friax system.
• Warranty: 6 months on the sealing and operation of the installation.

Work Not Included and to Be Covered by the Client:

• Configuration and operational testing of the Friax system.
• Any power supply, wiring, and electrical connections.
• Any work requiring the replacement of the existing copper piping.
• Gravity drainage pipe for condensate drainage and sanitary connections.
• Sanitary water supply piping.
• Air supply and return system for the Friax indoor unit.
• Masonry, painting, plastering, and carpentry work.
• Applications and permits required in the Canton of Geneva from municipal, cantonal, and federal authorities.
• If no water supply is already planned, then consult a plumber to create one
