Thanks to this refrigerated display cabinet, you’ll be able to present your best cheese and cured meats in an original way as a perfect showcase, while keeping them at the perfect tasting temperature. This appliance has an effective volume of 570L.

Regulation : this showcase is equipped with a stirred cold production and a staggered temperature control. Depending on the internal ventilation (active or not) and on the interior equipment (shelves or bars), the temperature differential is between 6°C and 12°C between the bottom and the top of the display case, which will allow you to organize your products according to their tasting temperature.
Important: this appliance is not a refrigerator : it is only intended for the presentation of dry or cured products in a restaurant or a store (no sensitive products such as fresh meat, cooked meats, fish, etc.).

Sliding doors : the front and back sliding glass doors allow easy access to the bottles and do not create any clutter when opened. They are lockable thanks to a lock located at the top of the front.

Customizable design : in order to perfectly fit in its environment, the finishing of this showcase is fully customizable (see Options) :
- The exterior cladding is magnetic, customizable and interchangeable, allowing it to be adapted to the atmosphere of your room and easily replaced if needed. Many standard colors are available and it can also be ordered raw, so you can apply your own finish (paint, laminate, vinyl, etc)
- all metal parts of the unit (door frames, handles, interior body, bottle holders, etc.) are delivered in natural aluminum as standard, but can be stained in matte black

Smartphone connectivity : as an option, the unit can be remotely controlled via a mobile application on your smartphone: temperature setting, consultation of parameters, control of LED lighting. This connectivity also allows remote support in case of dysfunction. If you choose this option, all the unit settings must be made exclusively from the application.

Lighting : to highlight your bottles, vertical LED lighting is present over the entire height of the display case. The standard lighting is natural white (4000°K) and is controlled by a switch on the front. As an option, it is possible to select variable lighting in intensity and colour (either multicolour RGB or different shades of white). In this case, the lighting is controlled by a remote control, or by mobile application (if the option Remote control by mobile application has been chosen).

This showcase is designed to be installed in central position to take advantage of the 4 glass sides and the double front/rear access. Thanks to the position of the cooling unit in the floor of the unit, no free space is required at the back, above or on the sides, making it possible to install it in a niche. It can also be placed on a stand to be elevated, provided that the stand can support the weight of the loaded appliance.
Important : the space in front of the feet must remain completely free to allow ventilation of the cooling unit.

This display case is equipped as standard with a powerful cooling unit, designed for professional use. Its noise level (47dB) is perfectly adapted to most commercial uses, but it can be reduced if installed in a quiet room. To do this, simply select the Acoustic Pack option. For residential installations, it is recommended to select the Domestic Pack which also includes full programming of the unit for home use.

For optimal performance, this model should be installed in a room with a temperature between 16°C and 25°C and should never be exposed to sunlight. Above 25°C, the lowest temperature settings will be difficult to achieve and there is a risk of condensation on the glass walls (depending on the ambient humidity and the frequency of opening).
