This combination of 2 refrigerated display cabinets, with a capacity of 1080L (2x540L), will allow you to present your chocolates in an original and elegant way, while maintaining them at a perfect temperature.

Technique: each unit is equipped with a stirred cold production and a temperature regulation between 4°C and 16°C with a possible differential of about 2°C between the bottom and the top of the cabinet. A setting between 14°C and 16°C is recommended for the conservation of chocolates. Thanks to the internal ventilation and the internal lining, the internal humidity is kept below 45%.

Sliding doors : in addition to offering UV protection, the front and back sliding glass doors allow easy access to the bottles and do not create any clutter when opened. They are lockable thanks to a lock located at the top of the front.

Customizable design : in order to perfectly fit in its environment, the finishing of this showcase is fully customizable (see Options) :
- The exterior cladding is magnetic, customizable and interchangeable, allowing it to be adapted to the atmosphere of your room and easily replaced if needed. Many standard colors are available and it can also be ordered raw, so you can apply your own finish (paint, laminate, vinyl, etc)
- all metal parts of the unit (door frames, handles, interior body, etc.) are delivered in natural aluminum as standard, but can be stained in matte black

Smartphone connectivity : as an option, the units can be remotely controlled via a mobile application on your smartphone: temperature setting, consultation of parameters, control of LED lighting. This connectivity also allows remote support in case of dysfunction. If you choose this option, all the unit settings must be made exclusively from the application.

Lighting : to highlight your chocolates, vertical LED lighting is present over the entire height of the appliance. The standard lighting is warm white (3000°K) and is controlled by a switch on the front. As an option, it is possible to select variable lighting in intensity and colour (either multicolour RGB or different shades of white). In this case, the lighting is controlled by a remote control, or by mobile application (if the option Remote control by mobile application has been chosen).

This model is designed to be installed in central position to take advantage of the 4 glass sides and the double front/rear access. Thanks to the position of the cooling unit in the floor of the unit, no free space is required at the back, above or on the sides, making it possible to install it in a niche. It can also be placed on a stand to be elevated, provided that the stand can support the weight of the loaded appliance (approx. 280-300kgs).
Important : the space in front of the feet must remain completely free to allow ventilation of the cooling unit.

Each unit is equipped as standard with a powerful cooling unit, designed for professional use. Its noise level (47dB) is perfectly adapted to most commercial uses, but it can be reduced if installed in a quiet room. To do this, simply select the Acoustic Pack option. For residential installations, it is recommended to select the Domestic Pack which also includes full programming of the unit for home use.

For optimal performance, this model should be installed in a room with a temperature between 16° and 30°C, away from direct sunlight.
