Thanks to this modular combination of 2 refrigerated display cabinets, you’ll be able to present your best cheese and cured meats in an original way as a perfect showcase, while keeping them at the perfect tasting temperature. Each unit has an effective volume of 570L.

Regulation : this showcase is equipped with a stirred cold production and a staggered temperature control. Depending on the internal ventilation (active or not) and on the interior equipment (shelves or bars), the temperature differential is between 6°C and 12°C between the bottom and the top of the display case, which will allow you to organize your products according to their tasting temperature.
Important: this appliance is not a refrigerator : it is only intended for the presentation of dry or cured products in a restaurant or a store (no sensitive products such as fresh meat, cooked meats, fish, etc.).

Maximum visibility: the glass panels on the front, back, sides and top give maximum visibility of your products. In addition, this showcase is equipped with front and back sliding doors, facilitating access and reducing the space required for opening.

Magnetic cladding : this model is equipped with a customisable and interchangeable magnetic cladding joining the units together and adapting its design to the atmosphere of your room (19 finishes available). This magnetic cover can also be replaced if the products are moved or if the decoration of the room changes.

Lighting : to highlight your products, a vertical LED lighting covers the entire height of the showcase. The colour of the lighting can be customised.

Installation : this model is designed to be installed in a central position to take advantage of its 4 glazed sides. It can also be placed as a separation between 2 spaces. Thanks to the refrigeration unit located at the bottom, no free space is required at the back, top or sides, making installation in a niche possible. Only the 4cm high space located at the level of the feet must remain completely free to allow the ventilation of the cooling unit.

Noise level: this model is equipped as standard with a powerful cooling unit, designed for professional use. Its noise level (47dB) is perfectly adapted to most commercial uses, but it can be reduced if installed in a quiet room, by simply select the Acoustic Pack option.  If installed in a home, it is recommended to select the Domestic Pack which includes a complete programming of the device for a private use.

For optimal operation, this model should be installed in a room where the temperature is between 16°C and 25°C. Above 25°C, the lowest temperature settings will be difficult to reach and there is a risk of condensation on the glass panels (depending on ambient humidity and frequency of opening)
